The house consists of 2 units: the main residence and the guest house.
The 2 units can be rented separately in low season. In July and August the house is always rented out completely. If you rent only part of the house in low season (main residence or guest house), there is a possibility that another group is present on the domain.
Both units each have a private entrance and private terrace and are located on different sides of the building.

From 2 consecutive weeks a discount of 10% is given. This does not apply in July and August.

The house is rented from Friday 3pm to Friday 10am .

Normal consumption of water, electricity and gas is included in the rental price.
It is prohibited to charge electric cars.
Exceptional consumption of water, electricity and gas will be deducted from the deposit.

The swimming pool is open from the Easter holidays until the end of September.
